Victorian Record Application Form

Victorian records will only be accepted when times are achieved at an Australian Athletics Domestic Permit Meet or World Athletics Permit Meet.

Victorian record applications must be submitted within 14 days of the completion of the race. Applications sent outside this time frame may be declined.

If you have broken the same record twice at the same meet, once in Heats and once in Finals, please submit the HEATS time first and the FINALS time second.

If we process the FINALS time first, we may not realised the HEATS time is a genuine record and you may miss out on your certificate.
