Any and all personal information collected by Athletics Victoria will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed except to authorised persons involved in activities related to, or under the auspices of, Athletics Victoria and its affiliated associations, partners, and parent associations. Athletics Victoria also reserves the right to release your information to companies in relation to matters of insurance, and to government authorities. Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. However, Athletics Victoria will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information.
Our member and guest details are maintained in a secure area protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. If you wish to access, alter or delete your information from our database please contact Athletics Victoria.
Email communications; Athletics Victoria will send news to members regarding our sport in relation to competitions, upcoming events, development, general news and other items that are deemed suitable for inclusion. This will be distributed to all members and any guests who request it. The information is relevant for athletes, coaches, officials, clubs, schools, life members and any other athletics interested people/groups.
Purchases and orders; When processing an order/entry, we need to know your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, credit card number and expiry date. This information is necessary to process your order/entry. Additional information may be required where deemed appropriate.
Feedback; Athletics Victoria welcomes ideas and feedback about all aspects of our business. This feedback will be stored and used to administer and refine our service and may be shared with Athletics Victoria partners and subcommittees.
