Workshop Leader: Dr. Andrew Dawson is an award-winning coach development expert with more than 30 years' experience helping professionals achieve their career goals.  Andrew teaches and researches coach development at Victoria University with more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and more than 30 international coach development conference and key-note presentations.

Andrew has also recently won two national wards for coach education and development for his leadership of the development of the Swimming Australia coach e-Learning programs.  Aside from teaching and research, Andrew also consults with State, National and International organisations on coach development and leadership.  Andrew is the coaching co-ordinator at Collingwood Athletics Club where he coaches a squad of athletes who compete in local, State, National and International competitions.
