To book Victorian Officials, please complete this application form at least 15 business days prior to your competition. Applications received with less than 15 days lead time may attract a $100 penalty fee.
Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil your request, Athletics Victoria cannot guarantee all requested positions will be available for your event. If your event is to be cancelled or rescheduled, please advise us by C.O.B on the business day prior to your booking.
Cancellations received after this cut-off will be payable at the full cost. Once submitted, your completed form will be automatically sent.
